THE PROBLEM

Learning to live without a limb is overwhelming enough. In addition, my clients discovered that new patients felt overwhelmed and struggled to grasp the range of available prosthetic devices. The business sought to streamline this experience.

CREATING THE STRUCTURE

To kick things off, I created a persona to keep us in sync with our user’s needs throughout the project. Next, a flow chart was created to ensure that no feature or information was left behind.

WIREFRAMING

With a solid understanding of the app’s structure, simple sketches of a rough wireframe were created. With the stakeholder’s approval, we moved forward with digital wireframes and a low-fidelity prototype.

MOCKUPS

With the stakeholder's approval on the digital wireframes and low fidelity prototype, I moved forward with the mock up phase by carefully adhering to the client's existing brand guidelines.

FINAL THOUGHTS

I found great satisfaction in collaborating my clients on this project. As we eagerly anticipate its launch, I am enthusiastic about the potential impact the design will have on enhancing engagement wth the business. Moreover, I feel privilege to have had the opportunity to deeply empathize and strategize improvement that can positively influence the quality of life for amputees.
